1. General Overview
The EC Animation Hunt 2025 is an interactive treasure hunt where all clues, tasks, and submissions are
conducted entirely online via the official event website.
By participating, all teams agree to abide by the following terms and conditions set by the event
organizer.
2. Eligibility
Open to all registered participants of the event.
Each team must consist of the required number of members as specified by the organizer.
Only registered team members are eligible to participate and submit answers.
3. How to Participate
All clues will be released sequentially on the official treasure hunt website.
Teams must access each clue online, solve it, and complete the corresponding challenge as
instructed.
All submissions (photos, answers, videos, or screenshots) must be uploaded through the online submission
portal provided.
Once submitted, entries cannot be modified or replaced.
4. Time Limit & Progression
Each clue or challenge may have a specific time limit indicated on the website.
Late submissions or delayed progress may result in point deductions or disqualification, at the
organizer's discretion.
The treasure hunt will end once the final submission window closes.
5. Scoring & Judging
Points will be awarded based on accuracy, creativity, completion time, and compliance with challenge
instructions.
Certain tasks (e.g., creative submissions) may be judged by appointed Marshals.
The organizer's decision on scores, results, and winners is final and binding.
6. Technical Requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring stable internet connection, access to the event
website, and proper device functionality.
The organizer is not liable for any technical issues, connectivity errors, or data loss during
participation.
7. Code of Conduct
Teams must participate fairly and honestly — no cheating, copying, or external help allowed.
Offensive, inappropriate, or misleading submissions will result in disqualification.
Any attempt to manipulate the website, submission process, or other teams' progress will lead to
immediate removal from the event.
8. Use of Materials
By participating, teams grant the organizer permission to use their photos, videos, and creative
submissions for event promotion, marketing, or results announcement purposes.
9. Prizes & Results
Winners will be determined based on total scores and completion time.
Prizes (if any) will be announced and distributed as per the organizer's schedule.
10. Organizer's Rights
The organizer reserves the right to amend or update the terms, clues, or rules at any time without prior
notice.
The organizer's decisions on all matters related to the treasure hunt are final.
